Session Activities

Teambuilding (TB)

This will be the first activity you’ll be faced with upon your arrival, and it is sure to get your blood pumping through fun games. It will not only get you energised after your journey to the Session, but you will also get to know your fellow Delegates and build a better connection with your Chairperson.

After the main Teambuilding, you’ll move on to Committee Teambuilding with your own Committee. The main goal of this activity is to set a friendly and welcoming mood for the whole Session.

Opening Ceremony (OC)

Another major part of the first day will be the Opening Ceremony. Here you’ll be introduced to the theme of this Session along with speeches from special guests and the Team Leaders of this Session. The final part of this activity will be the official declaration of the start to the Session.

Eurovillage (EV)

After a first day packed full of travel and activities, you’ll finally get to cool off and eat many wonderful dishes from countries all over Europe, prepared by you and your fellow Delegates. While enjoying this gastronomic experience you will also be able to chat with all the Delegates, Officials and other guests at the Session.

Committee Work (CW)

The main activity and the main part of the Session will be Committee Work. Here you’ll come together with your Committee and together you’ll brainstorm, debate, and work on the resolution to your assigned topic. You’ll also be able to receive guidance and help from your Chairperson. All of this will lead up to your presentation at the General Assembly.

Panel Debate (PD)

During the Panel Debate you’ll be able to attend a debate between experts, who’ll discuss a topic relevant to the present time and offer their own professional opinion and insight. At the end there will be some time to satisfy your own curiosity with your own questions aimed at the experts.

Farewell Party (FP)

After the Panel Debate, you’ll get the time to come together with other participants and enjoy a nice night out to relax after all the Committee Work and to celebrate the session slowly coming to a close.

Dresscode: in accordance with the theme of the  Farewell Party 

General Assembly (GA)

This will be the program for the final day. Here, all the Committees come together to present the fruits of their hard labour, their resolution, which they will present and defend against arguments from the other Committees. In the end, there will be a vote to decide if the resolution passed and got the majority of votes in favour.
