When to arrive and depart
- If you are a Delegate or a Teacher, please plan you arrival to Liberec from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM CET on Thursday 27th of March 2025.
- If you are an Official, please plan you arrival to Liberec from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM CET on Thursday 26th of March 2025.
- Do not arrive later than 15 minutes after the end of Check-In.
- Plan your departures on Sunday after 19:00 CET.
