Team building (TB)
First, enjoyable games await the participants to get to know each other. The aim of these activities is to foster a positive and optimistic atmosphere. In addition, Delegates will have the opportunity to meet their Committee and Chairperson for the first time.

Eurovillage
The dinner scheduled for Friday shall comprise a diverse buffet featuring culinary delights from various regions across Europe. Each Delegate is expected to contribute by bringing traditional dishes representative of their assigned country. On this occasion, you will have the unique opportunity to sample an assortment of delicious dishes from different parts of Europe.

Panel Debate
During the Panel Debate, invited experts will talk about the Panel Debate’s topic and offer the Delegates a space for asking questions.
Dress code: Smart Casual
General Assembly (GA)
All Committees present and defend their resolutions at the GA. There is a possibility for other Committees to offer their own opinions and to ask further questions on the discussed topic. In the end, there is a vote whether to pass the resolution or not.

Opening ceremony (OC)
Each conference starts with an Opening Ceremony, during which the Leadership of the session is formally introduced. Esteemed speakers extend their warm greetings to the attendees, and following their addresses, the conference may officially commence.

Commitee Work (CW)
Committee work is the main part of the conference. In this context, students, under the guidance of their chairperson, engage in the process of devising, discussing and documenting innovative solutions to the problem assigned to their committee. The culmination of their efforts will be the formulation of a resolution that will then be presented during the General Assembly.

Farewell party
At the last night of the Conference, we are going to reward ourselves after two tough days with a well-deserved Farewell Party. The main theme of the Farewell Party is going to be Throwback to the Czechoslovak 80s disco. See more information in the Dress code section.

Closing Ceremony (CC)
Taking place directly after the General Assembly, the Closing Ceremony allows the Leadership to say some final words and thank all the participants. The anthems of the EU, the Czech Republic and EYP are played, and then the President of the session officially declares the conference as closed.
