Session Activities
Teambuilding (TB)
In the first part of the programme, you will get to know other fellow Delegates and Officials via some games and activities. You will take part in the General Teambuilding with all participants of the Conference, then you will join your Committee and spend the rest of the day teambuilding with them. The aim is for you to be welcomed into the EYP atmosphere and get to know your Committee members, Chairpersons and other participants (not just by name). Teambuilding will strengthen the bonds, so that everyone is comfortable with working with each other.

Opening Ceremony (OC)
Every conference starts with an Opening Ceremony, which will present the Team Leaders and important members taking part. The aim is to welcome all the participants and officially begin the Conference.

Eurovillage
After the Opening Ceremony, dinner on Friday evening will be conceived as a buffet from all across Europe. Each delegation will represent a country (they will be allocated in time before the session), whose food they will prepare, bring with them and serve. You will be able to express your own culinary skills and taste various foods.

Committee Work (CW)
The main part of the Conference, during which you will work inside your Committee, brainstorm ideas and come up with a solution to your selected academic topic. You will be guided through the entire process by your Chairperson. The outcome of your work will be presented at the General Assembly on Sunday.

Panel Debate
The theme of the Panel Debate is How will AI change the professions of today and a few experts have been invited to speak on this topic, which is becoming increasingly relevant in this day and age.
Dress code: Smart Casual
Farewell party
The party will take place on Saturday and the theme is Barbenheimer! You will get to have some fun after the exhausting day of work.
Dress code: Party outfit
General Assembly (GA)
During the Assembly on Sunday, the last day of the Conference, all Committees will present and advocate their resolutions one by one. An open discussion will then follow with the other Committees’ questions and proposals. Finally, everyone will vote in favour or against each resolution in order for it to pass.

Closing Ceremony (CC)
Taking place directly after the General Assembly, this official ending of the Conference will feature speeches from the Official’s Team Leaders and traditional EYP goodbyes. The President of the event then officially declares the Conference closed, as is the longstanding tradition.
