Dearest Participants,
It is with great excitement and immense joy that we welcome you to the 27th National Selection Conference of EYP CZ Liberec 2025! After months of preparation, we cannot wait to finally see this session come to life and to share this journey with each and every one of you.
The Sessions motto “Navigating New Horizons” represents the courage to push beyond the familiar, to embrace change as a force that drives us forward, and to seek out new perspectives that will shape not only our time at this Session but also the paths we take beyond it. Growth happens when we challenge what we know, and in Liberec, a city of innovation and warmth, we will build a space for new ideas, friendships, and lasting impact.
This experience, however, is not something we explore alone. We owe our deepest gratitude to the Teachers, who encourage their students to explore and grow beyond the classroom. To the Officials, whose dedication and hard work shape the very heart of this session. And most importantly, to you, the Delegates—this session exists because of you. Your ideas, your curiosity, and your energy are what will make these days truly unforgettable.
EYP is more than just an event—it is a space for learning, for connection, and for transformation. Over the next few days, we encourage you to embrace every challenge, engage in every discussion, and build friendships that will last far beyond this Session. Change starts with small steps, and we hope that what you take away from Liberec 2025 will inspire you to keep navigating new horizons in the years to come.

Dearest Participants,
It is my utmost pleasure to welcome you to the 27th National Selection Conference of EYP CZ Liberec 2025!
I am truly grateful that you have chosen to join us on this journey. Without your involvement, NSC Liberec 2025 simply would not be the same! For some of you, this may be your umpteenth EYP CZ Conference, in which case we welcome you back and are very thrilled that you have decided to join us again. But for most of you, this Conference will act as a stepping stone into the wonderful world of EYP, which holds many great opportunities, but also the obstacles that come naturally. It may feel overwhelming at first, and you may not know where to begin, but that is where all of the Officials come to help you along the way – just like others helped us when we first started. We believe this whole process will help you discover new knowledge, skills and friendships and will be worth it.
So whatever role you are taking on, please know that, on behalf of the EYP CZ Board, we are eager to see where your journey will lead and thrilled to be a part of it.

Dear Participants,

As we navigate uncertain times, the need for community and civic engagement becomes ever more important. It is in places like EYP that you will find like-minded people to take the first steps with you towards making the world a better place.
This session will open new doors for you within this organisation, which may feel overwhelming at first. However, I encourage you to embrace this journey, make incredible memories, and embark on a path that will be long, enriching, and full of learning.
As for the Media Team, we will be by your side, ensuring that your memories are captured so that even years from now, you will have something tangible to look back on.
To conclude, I am excited to see your wonderful faces and to share in the amazing experience that Liberec 2025 is bound to be.

Dear Participants,
It is a great honour to welcome you all to the 27th NSC of EYP CZ Liberec 2025. To start, I would like to briefly introduce the role of the Jury Team at the session, since I believe that it is often overlooked or made to look more mysterious than it actually is.
The task of the Jury Team is to assess the Delegates during the session and take note of their academic, social and technical skills. Throughout the event, any student can approach a Jury member for feedback and ask for guidance in their EYP or professional journey. It is our goal to make EYP a space that encourages personal development and open dialogue about one’s ambitions.
Lastly, these observations are used to select the Delegates who are best suited for taking part in an internasional session or a nation session abroad. Despite this, it is important to remember that EYP is not a competition, but an organisation that offers endless opportunities to those who want them. Even if you or your student or your friend are not selected, do not fret! There is always work to be done in EYP Czech Republic, and there are always sessions looking for international Delegates or Officials.
Thank you for embarking on this EYP journey with us! I hope that it will give you the gift of community and hope in these uncertain times, like it did for me.

Even when we think we’ve reached the edge, new horizons emerge—offering fresh opportunities, challenges, and lessons.
