European Youth Parliament conferences are not only about academic knowledge and <\/span>representation,<\/span> they<\/span> are also about personal develo<\/span>pment, in<\/span>tercultural dialogue and cooperation. <\/span>As a teacher, your role<\/span> is essential in supporting, motivating<\/span>, and guidi<\/span>ng your students before and during the Conference, ensuring<\/span> they fe<\/span>el confident and comfortable throughout the session.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Before the<\/span> C<\/span><\/span>onference<\/span> begins, eac<\/span>h dele<\/span>g<\/span>ation get<\/span>s <\/span>assigned<\/span> a European country and prepares traditional food to shar<\/span>e wit<\/span>h other participants during the <\/span>Eurovillage<\/span>. This activity promotes cultural exchange and teamwork. While the preparation is primarily the responsibility of the Delegates, your supervision or <\/span>assistance<\/span> is highly appreciated. It is a great opportunity to support your students and explore European cultures together.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Once Del<\/span>egates ar<\/span>e assigned to their committees, they will receive an Academic Preparation Kit. Encourage them to study the materials carefully, research their topics further, and ask questions if anything is unclear. A good preparation will help them actively contribute to discussions and feel more confident during committee sessions.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
