The weeks before we all meet in Brno are key for being prepared and not having to stress about things at the last moment<\/strong>. These are some basic things to ensure before the session:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

  • Have a proper sleep schedule<\/strong> \u2013 Having at least 8 hours of sleep helps a lot with concentration, try and have at least that before the session.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Stay healthy<\/strong> \u2013 Eat well and keep hydrated, so you don’t have any health complications leading up and during the conference.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Meet all the deadlines<\/strong> \u2013 Do all the things that the organisers asked you to do in the set deadline. If you are unable to do so, make sure to let the organisers know beforehand.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Take care of all the travel arrangements<\/strong> \u2013 Book your tickets, you will be one of the 100 people going to Brno, buying tickets now guarantees the best price and comfort.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Sort out all your schoolwork<\/strong> \u2013 Make sure you have your grades sorted and any work finished.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Inform your teachers<\/strong> \u2013 If you are coming as an Individual Delegate, make sure to excuse yourself, to make sure the teachers know of your absence.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    During the week leading up to the 28th NSC of EYP CZ Brno 2026, what you do or don\u2019t do is arguably the most important component in your session preparation<\/strong>. Here is the list:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    • Send the filled-out Code of Conduct<\/strong> to the Organisers \u2013 This speeds up your check-in and assures your participation in the session.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • Get to know your Committee<\/strong> \u2013 By this time, your Chairperson should have already reached out to you. Join the WhatsApp group and introduce yourself<\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • Read the Topic Overview<\/strong> \u2013 If you haven’t done so yet, now is the right time to do so! You will find here the basics about your topic, helping you contribute effectively to your committee.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • Plan your Eurovillage meal<\/strong> \u2013 Coordinate with your delegation on who is making what, to avoid cooking the same dishes. Make sure you have everything you need.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • Plan your journey<\/strong> \u2013 So you can get to your means of travel on time and without any issues.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • Start packing<\/strong> \u2013 Pack all the necessary medication and other important stuff that you will need.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      The day before is almost your last chance to get everything sorted out for the Conference<\/strong>. These are the key things to do:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

      • Go through the Packing List<\/strong> \u2013 The Organising team has put together a list of all the things needed for the session. Make sure to go through it.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      • Charge your devices<\/strong> \u2013 Make sure that all the electronic devices are charged up and ready to use.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      • Prepare for Eurovillage<\/strong> \u2013 The day before the session is usually the best time to cook your Eurovillage food.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      • Check the weather<\/strong> \u2013 Pack your clothes<\/strong> according to the weather<\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        It is finally here, the last moments at home before the Conference<\/strong>, this is the time to go over everything one more time<\/strong>, and make sure that all the important things are taken care of and prepared. Here is what you should double-check:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

        • Bring your Code of Conduct<\/strong> \u2013 If you haven’t sent the Code of Conduct to the organisers via email, make sure to bring it with you to the session.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Make sure you have everything ready \u2013 go through the Packing List<\/strong> one more time and check that you have all the things needed.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Bring your Eurovillage meal<\/strong> \u2013 Don’t forget to take it with you!<\/span><\/li>
