Each\u00a0<\/span>participant will be assigned\u00a0cuisine\u00a0of a European country<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and is expected to\u00a0<\/span>prepare or\u00a0purchase\u00a0food for other participants<\/span><\/b>. Although this is primarily the responsibility of the Delegates, we would greatly appreciate it if you could supervise your school Delegation\u2019s choices to ensure that individual courses are <\/span>not repeated\u00a0and there is sufficient dietary variety.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0In doing so, you may also discover new foods and traditions alongside your students.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We kindly ask you to remind your Delegates to bring their\u00a0<\/span>own\u00a0plates,\u00a0cutlery\u00a0and cups.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0While we will\u00a0provide\u00a0paper plates and cups, our goal is to\u00a0<\/span>reduce the consumption<\/span><\/b>\u00a0of disposable\u00a0tableware.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Once Delegates are\u00a0<\/span>assigned to<\/span>\u00a0their\u00a0<\/span>Committees<\/span>, they will\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span>receive the<\/span><\/span><\/strong> Academic Preparation Kit<\/b><\/a>. Please, remind them that the more thoughtfully they understand their topic beforehand, the smoother,\u00a0<\/span>easier<\/span>\u00a0and more enjoyable the entire\u00a0<\/span>s<\/span>ession will be for them. The best way to prepare for the\u00a0<\/span>conference<\/span>\u00a0is by reading\u00a0<\/span>T<\/span>opic\u00a0<\/span>O<\/span>verviews and then doing\u00a0<\/span><\/span>individual research and finding their own resources<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0If you would like to ensure that your Delegates are well prepared,\u00a0<\/span>we<\/span>\u00a0suggest reviewing the topics with\u00a0<\/span>them during an English lesson.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

While Delegates often prepare for Committee Work, they may underestimate\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the importance of\u00a0<\/span>the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Dress\u00a0Code<\/b><\/a>.<\/span><\/span> That leads to uncomfortable situations for both Delegates and <\/span>Officials<\/span>. <\/span>During <\/span>the <\/span>Opening and Closing Ceremon<\/span>ies, <\/span>guests <\/span>and speakers <\/span>will be present<\/span>, and we would <\/span>appreciate <\/span>it if ev<\/span>er<\/span>yone were to dress in a presentable way<\/span>. <\/span>So, <\/span>we kindly suggest that you talk to your students about it beforehand to avoid any misunderstandings and ensure they are <\/span><\/span>dressed according to the <\/b><\/span>conference\u2019s<\/span><\/b> Dress Code<\/b><\/a>.<\/span><\/b><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
