To ensure that the 16th Regional Selection Conference of EYP<\/span> CZ<\/span> \u010cesk\u00e1<\/span> T\u0159ebov\u00e1 2024<\/span> is a safe, respectful, and friendly environment for all participants, there will be two <\/span><\/span>Event Safe Persons (ESPs)<\/span><\/span> available <\/span><\/span>before, during, and after the <\/span>C<\/span>onference<\/span><\/span>. This role will be fulfilled by <\/span><\/span>Zuzana <\/span>Augustov\u00e1<\/span><\/span> and <\/span><\/span>Xeniya <\/span>Kistanova<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

You can <\/span>reach out to <\/span>an E<\/span>vent Safe Person <\/span>i<\/span>f you <\/span>observe<\/span> or experience any <\/span><\/span>behavio<\/span>u<\/span>r<\/span> that is inappropriate, offensive, or uncomfortable<\/span><\/span>, <\/span>or <\/span>in case of <\/span><\/span>personal or work conflict<\/span><\/span>.<\/span> They will provide a safe and discreet space to either resolve a conflict between two pe<\/span>ople<\/span> or be there for an individual.<\/span> An<\/span> Event Safe Person <\/span>will always help you only to the extent you wish.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Alcohol Policy<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All participants under the age of 18 are<\/span> prohibited by the law<\/span><\/b> of the Czech Republic from buying and drinking alcohol. <\/span>All adult participants are allowed to buy and consume alcohol with <\/span>up to 15 % alcohol volume<\/span><\/b>. Mixed drinks where any component of the drink has over 15 % alcohol volume are also prohibited. Adult participants may consume alcohol only in the evenings <\/span>after the end of the programme and are expected to do so responsibly<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Smoking and vaping is prohibited for all underage participants<\/span><\/b> during the session. Additionally, smoking and vaping is also<\/span> prohibited in all indoor spaces<\/span><\/b>. If you are of age, you are allowed to smoke outdoors, yet keep in mind that there are still some restrictions, such as near official buildings and public transport stops.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
