Hana Mart\u00ednkov\u00e1<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Hana studied international relations at Charles University and economics at the University of Economics in Prague. She spent a year studying at Brunel University in London. Her passion for foreign affairs and international relations continued after her studies\u2014she co-founded the podcast Za Humny, where she and journalist Barbora Chaloupkov\u00e1 contextualize both small and large topics in international events.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Professionally, she has worked on nuclear disarmament at a nonprofit organization, advised large companies on European grants, and spent two years in the media\u2014first as an editorial manager at Respekt, and then as a co-editor at DVTV. Eli\u0161ka Tomalov\u00e1<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dr. Eli\u0161ka Tomalov\u00e1 is the EPS Consortium Director and Lecturer in Area Studies at the Institute of International Studies. Dr. Tomalov\u00e1 studied Area Studies and French Literature at Charles University in Prague, where she also obtained her PhD in French Cultural Diplomacy. She pursued research activities in the Czech Republic (CEFRES, 2004) and abroad (Institut fran\u00e7ais de g\u00e9opolitique, 2004, CREES, Stanford University, 2005) as a visiting scholar. She worked at the Institute of International Relations, Prague, as a research fellow (2005\u20132012). Since 2005, she has been an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague. In her research and teaching, Eli\u0161ka Tomalov\u00e1 focuses on public and cultural diplomacy, nation branding, and French foreign policy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Martin Vok\u00e1lek<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Martin Vok\u00e1lek studied international politics and diplomacy at the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics in Prague, as well as an MBA program at Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland and at the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics in Prague. His minor specialization was project management, and he also studied management and law at the Management Centre Innsbruck in Austria.<\/p>

Since high school, he participated for several years in activities of the European Youth Parliament, served in the Academic Senate of the University of Economics, the Senate of the Faculty of International Relations, and the Disciplinary Committee of the Faculty of International Relations. He is a co-founder of the Czech branch of the student transatlantic think tank European Horizons. He has long been involved in a project at CERMAT, worked at the Institute of International Relations and other institutions, and was also active in the private sector.<\/p>

Currently, he is the executive director of the Institute for European Policy EUROPEUM, where he joined in 2016 as the head of office and projects. He is interested in economic issues, European security and NATO, hybrid threats, war crimes, and the topic of international law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
