A burning world<\/strong> speaks to a wide state of crisis that we are living in. We find ourselves in a world ravaged by war, hate and decaying democracy<\/strong> across much of the world. Our Conference takes place during a time made increasingly turbulent by some highly impactful elections, the European Parliament and the US Presidency<\/strong>, which will undoubtedly shake up the geopolitical landscape. The motto also reflects on the climate catastrophe<\/strong> referring to a burning world in a very literal way.
Building bridges<\/strong> is something that reflects our commitment to fostering strong bonds<\/strong> and inclusivity<\/strong>. It also symbolises diversity, a free exchange of ideas, and reliability. We believe it to be crucial to spread these values given the context of our burning world. At a time when we are surrounded by destruction, we are ready to start building<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

About the Logo<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t

Fire<\/strong> and red<\/strong> are two symbols for one idea \u2013 chaos<\/strong>. Whether it be senseless bloodshed or forest fires, this chaos surrounds us, directly harming Europe and its relations<\/strong> with the world. This is something we would like to put a torch to and contribute to overcoming these issues.<\/p>

Yellow<\/strong> represents a beam of light \u2013 hope for a world free from war<\/strong> and climate emergency. Between this future and our present, however, lies a void which we must brave. To overcome this challenge, we seek connection<\/strong>, represented by the colour orange<\/strong>, which links these two worlds. Further accentuating this transition is the bridge featured at the bottom of our logo \u2013 a bridge in a burning world<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The <\/span>C<\/span>onference will <\/span>take<\/span> place in the East Bohemian town of \u010cesk\u00e1 T\u0159ebov\u00e1<\/span>,<\/span> a town on <\/span>the border of Bohemia and Moravia<\/span>,<\/span> in the beautiful country of the Orlick\u00e9 Mountains <\/span>foothills, and the T\u0159ebovka river valley.<\/span>
The vibrant town with almost <\/span>sixteen<\/span> thousand inhabitants is one of the largest in the <\/span>region. Its history <\/span>dates to<\/span> 1278. Not long ago, the name of \u010cesk\u00e1 T\u0159ebov\u00e1 evoked <\/span>mainly<\/span> its<\/span> railways<\/span>. Although <\/span>it remains an important railway <\/span>crossroad, it<\/span> would be a <\/span>mistake to consider it only a town of railwaymen.<\/span>
\u010cesk\u00e1 T\u0159ebov\u00e1 <\/span>has become<\/span> a town with <\/span>increasing<\/span> attention to sports and culture, full of <\/span>green <\/span>spaces,<\/span> many parks<\/span> and ongoing<\/span> development.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
