Session Activities
TEAMBUILDING (TB)
Team building marks the first part of the programme. During the General Teambuilding, you will meet the Conference’s Officials, followed by your Committee, with which you will spend the rest of the day bonding. The purpose of Teambuilding is to get to know those you will collaborate with throughout the session and to create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, ultimately enhancing the Committee’s effectiveness.
Dress code: Casual
OPENING CEREMONY (OC)
The Conference will officially commence with the Opening Ceremony, where you will have the opportunity to hear from distinguished guests and the session’s Leadership as they deliver their speeches. Finally, the session President will formally declare the Conference open.

EUROVILLAGE (EV)
Following the Opening Ceremony, the Eurovillage will take place. Each school delegation will prepare traditional dishes from a country assigned to it prior to the session. When brought together, these individual meals will assemble into a feast of diverse European cuisine.

COMITTE WORK (CW)
Committee Work is a central component of the session. You will collaborate with your Committee to draft a resolution addressing pressing global issues, which will later be presented at the General Assembly. Throughout the process, an experienced Chairperson will offer guidance and support.
Dress code: Smart casual
PANEL DEBATE (PD)
On Saturday evening, a Panel Debate will take place, focusing on the current issues facing the European Union. During this event, you will hear insights from knowledgeable professionals in the field and have the opportunity to ask them questions, which they will address.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY (GA)
The General Assembly will take place on the final day of the Conference. Each Committee will present and defend its resolution, engaging in debates with opposing Committees. You will deliver speeches, respond to insightful questions, and vote either for or against each resolution. A resolution will pass only if the majority of votes are in favour.

CLOSING CEREMONY (CC)
After the General Assembly, the Conference will conclude with the Closing Ceremony. During this event, you will hear speeches from the leaders of the Officials’ Teams. Finally, the session President will formally declare the Conference closed.

THEME PARTY (TP)
On Saturday evening, you will have the opportunity to unwind after a productive day and enjoy a theme party.
