Event Safety
To ensure that the 16th Regional Selection Conference of EYP CZ Česká Třebová 2024 is a safe, respectful, and friendly environment for all participants, there will be two Event Safe Persons (ESPs) available before, during, and after the Conference. This role will be fulfilled by Zuzana Augustová and Xeniya Kistanova.
You can reach out to an Event Safe Person if you observe or experience any behaviour that is inappropriate, offensive, or uncomfortable, or in case of personal or work conflict. They will provide a safe and discreet space to either resolve a conflict between two people or be there for an individual. An Event Safe Person will always help you only to the extent you wish.

Alcohol Policy
All participants under the age of 18 are prohibited by the law of the Czech Republic from buying and drinking alcohol. All adult participants are allowed to buy and consume alcohol with up to 15 % alcohol volume. Mixed drinks where any component of the drink has over 15 % alcohol volume are also prohibited. Adult participants may consume alcohol only in the evenings after the end of the programme and are expected to do so responsibly.
Smoking and Vaping Policy
Smoking and vaping is prohibited for all underage participants during the session. Additionally, smoking and vaping is also prohibited in all indoor spaces. If you are of age, you are allowed to smoke outdoors, yet keep in mind that there are still some restrictions, such as near official buildings and public transport stops.
