Session Activities
Teambuilding (TB)
This is the first part of the program. First, there is General Teambuilding, where you meet all the Participants of the conference and bond with them through fun games. Afterwards, Committee Teambuilding takes place, where you join your designated Committee and spend the rest of your day with them.
The main aim of Teambuilding is for you to feel welcomed and comfortable. It is a wonderful opportunity to get to know your fellow Delegates and your Chairperson. Teambuilding also sets the perfect mood for the following days.

Opening Ceremony (OC)
Every good event begins with a proper opening, which is why the Opening Ceremony is an important part of the session. During the Opening Ceremony you will be able to listen to inspiring speeches by distinguished guests and the session’s Team Leaders. The purpose of the Opening Ceremony is to warmly welcome all participants and formally declare the session open.

Eurovillage (EV)
After the Opening Ceremony, dinner on Thursday evening will be conceived as a buffet from all over Europe. Each delegation will be allocated a country before the session, whose food they will prepare at home, bring, and later serve. During Eurovillage, you will be able to discover tastes from many corners of Europe.

Committee Work (CW)
The main part of the Conference during which you will work inside your Committee, brainstorm ideas, and work towards a resolution on your selected academic topic. You will be guided through the entire process by your Chairperson. The outcome of your hard work, the Resolution, will then be presented at the General Assembly on Sunday.

Farewell Party (FP)
Following the Panel Debate, to relax after a long and productive day, a Farewell Party will give the participants a chance to interact with each other outside of Committee Work.

Committee Dinners
On Friday, you, your Committee, and your Chairperson will have dinner at a restaurant. This is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen your connections with fellow Committee Members and engage in informal discussions. Please note that each participant will be responsible for covering the cost of their own meal.

Panel Debate (PD)
On Saturday evening, there will be a lively and insightful Panel Debate. A group of professionals will discuss the topic, share their thoughts and experiences, and answer any questions from the audience.

Workshops
The goal of the EYP Workshops is to deepen and broaden your knowledge of EYP and current affairs. These workshops will be led by experienced members of EYP CZ or external experts. Participants will have the opportunity to select a workshop from the available options based on their interests.

General Assembly (GA)
The General Assembly will be held on the final day of the conference. Every Committee will present and advocate for its Resolution while debating with other Committees that hold different positions. You will give speeches, address questions, and cast votes either supporting or opposing each Resolution. A Resolution will pass only if the majority of votes is in favour.

Closing Ceremony (CC)
Just as important as a compelling Opening Ceremony is, a proper closure is equally important. That is why, after the General Assembly, the conference will be formally concluded with a Closing Ceremony. During this event, participants will have the opportunity to hear speeches from the leaders of the Officials’ Team. Finally, the Session President will deliver concluding remarks.
