Support Us

Why is your support important to us?

Seeing as the European Youth Parliament is a non-profit organisation, all the work that is necessary for organising such events, is based on voluntary work of its members. However, human resources are not the only essential thing. We would not be able to organise our events without financial or material support, which we highly appreciate from both public and private sectors.

Who supports our network and past events?

Through the support of Brno 2017 – 85th International Session of EYP, you also support a network, which is based in 40 European countries and organises nearly 600 events per year for more than 34,000 participants. This network is supported for example by The German Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Stiftung Mercator, Erasmus+, Der Deutsche Sparkassen- und Giroverband (DSGV) and the European Savings Banks Group (ESBG). Patrons of EYP sessions are high-profile local, national and European representatives, and the organisation’s Comité d’Honneur is composed of the President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz, the President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker and the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini.

Past International Sessions were supported by companies such as BMW Group, Lidl, and Turkish Airlines, and attended by such prominent figures as Princess Victoria of Sweden or the former president of the European Central Bank, Jean-Claude Trichet. Nevertheless, at this event we would like to focus mainly on national partners, which would help us promote the Czech Republic and present local products and services to participants from the rest of Europe.

Who support the 85th International Session of EYP – Brno 2017?

The 85th International Session of EYP Brno 2017 is honoured to have Věra Jourová, Czech European Commissioner, Bohuslav Sobotka, Czech Prime Minister, and Petr Vokřál, the Mayor of the City of Brno, as Patrons of the session. The session will take place in cooperation with the local universities – Masaryk University, Menedel University in Brno and Brno University of Technology. In addition, European Youth Parliament Czech Republic works in cooperation with  European Parliament Information Office in the Czech Republic and Representation of the European Commission in the Czech Republic.

What brings you the support of our events?

Would you like to advertise your company with a possibility to reach tens of thousands of young people across Europe, present your products or services in Brno to 300 participants and join the list which includes high representatives from both European and national level and well-known European companies, while supporting self-development of young people?
