Behind the scene of the session, an organising team makes sure everything runs smoothly. Their work has started long ago. Transportation, accommodation, meals – everything from the key to your room to the music that makes you dance in the evening is provided by them. They have worked for many months in order to make this session become reality. Almost all of them are EYP alumni and have experienced EYP sessions as delegates, journalists or chairs, which provides them with a sense for what is needed for the smooth running of an EYP session.
